This course offers the second highest skills certification level in the Paddle Canada program. Paddling in advanced conditions with no landing zones and restricted visibility requires advanced kayaking skills along with good leadership, safety awareness, and especially sound judgment. During the intensive five day course we will cover the knowledge, theory, and practical application required to achieve these goals. This year, the course will be held in Long Harbour, Fortune Bay. We will use the "Little Lodge" as our base for this week-long learning vacation.
